More about Adam

As an MBA with real estate development and construction experience, Adam provides his clients with insight and services well beyond those offered by the traditional Realtor. In addition to guiding buyers and sellers through their transactions, Adam can advise clients on overall marketplace trends, costs and complexities of renovations, and other economic factors associated with their decisions.

Along with the personal referrals, from many past clients, Adam was also ranked #17 of over 9,200 area agents by the Triangle Business Journal. He's the only agent who lives and works primarily in Durham to make TBJ's 2015 top 25 list. The Indy and Durham Magazine have consistently rated Adam in the top 4 agents in their online readers polls. You can also find more about Adam and his reviews on Trulia/Zillow, & Facebook.

As you can see in the reviews, Adam's clients say that his combination of education, broad real estate experience, and market knowledge enable him to serve his clients amazingly well. His desire to really look out for his clients and take time with them that they need to fully understand the process, the market and their options is another reason why people are happy to introduce Adam to their friends, family and colleagues who need a real estate agent.

Adam has a true passion for real estate that began while working with his father's residential construction company. Along with his new construction experience, he also has a deep appreciation for historical homes and neighborhoods. He lives with his wife and growing family in a 1920's home in Durham's Trinity Park. Together they renovated the historic home and were nominated for the Durham Appearance Commission's Golden Leaf Award. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Swarthmore College and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
